Clicking on the small wrench icon (in the Editor window) brings up the tool palette, which contains five popUp menus. These menus are, left to right, the File menu, HyperText menu, Anchor menu, Heading menu, and the Font menu. Clicking on the Palette Help button on the Tool Palette brings up a brief graphical description of its functions.
